Launching of a new revolutionary
technology in electronic Audio


Quebec, Canada - on March 31st, 2008: Idarca-audio, division of Idarca Inc. is proud to announce the launching of the synthesizer Acxel II which uses a new concept of audio- acoustic processing. This synthesizer benefits from a new revolutionary technology of microprocessor patented by Idarca Inc. – the RPP.

The Acxel II targets the Electronic Music and Computer Music worldwide market of 1.13 $ billion (source NAMM Global Report 2006).

The RPP processor, only in the DSP applications field, approaches a worldwide market of 9 $ billion (source Databeans 2006)

We had not plan to immediately develop high-end equipment for the audio market, but the keen demand coming from potential users obliged us to launch this unit on the market. , Our decision was facilitated by the fact that the product is already developed and working. We focus on this market in priority” says Pierre Guilmette, president of the company.

 “The RPP technology will replace standard processors on DSP market in many high level applications. We developed during four last years, a very new generation of processor having massively parallel dynamic architecture : the RPP.”  adds Mr. Guilmette.

The announcement of the Acxel II launching on different websites and specialized international magazines causes a strong interest in the field, even if the system (deliverable out of stand-alone equipment or sound card) will only be deliverable in production quantities in a few months.

“We undertake a financing phase which will enable us to set up the facilities for Acxel II production and marketing, to quickly address the demands and to maintain it.” Mr. Guilmette entrusts to us.
